SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

-For I/M administration, use 1% Lidocaine solvent (enclosed)

 

-For I/V administration,  use sterile water for injection (enclosed)

 

-Use of freshly prepared solution is recommended.

 

Each Vail contains:

Sterile Ceftriaxone

Sodium USP eq. to

Ceftriaxone 1000mg

Sulbactam Sodium USP

eq. to Sulbactam 500mg

 

 

DOSAGE:

As directed by the physician.

 

Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.

 

Store in a cool, dry place.
