OUR TENETS OF FAITH

 

Introduction:

To give a clear direction to Leaders, Ministers and workers and the Members of The Omega Eagle City (Stars Church). It is vital to put in writing the basic beliefs of the church, which things are hereby called “the tenets of Faith”.

The study and understanding of these eighteen (20) basic truths will:

 

  • Give focus to the Church Members.

  • Remove doubts from the mind of the Members as to the doctrinal teachings of the Church.

  • Help Members avoid the errors that have creeped into the 20th Century where the basic Christian doctrines have been diluted, watered down and even set aside by the apostles of the new church modernization.

  • Create a distinctive character for the Church, glorifying God in all things.

 

We urge every member of this Church to listen, study, participate and meditate over these great truths upon which Omega Eagle City. (Stars Church) is built as a Church.

 

The Tenet of Faith.

 

1. The bible is the word of God divinely inspired, eternal and is the Christian’s highest authority, and is perfect and complete.

2. God is the creator of the whole earth, heaven, things seen and unseen, omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscience and eternal.

Conclusion.

The above tenets of faith are the bed work of the Christian faith.

Many people in error have set aside some parts of these doctrines. Many Churches also have abandoned the teachings of some these tenets of faith.

The understanding and acceptance of these biblical truths will not only put the Christian on a sound footing in the Lord but also help the present day distortion of the gospel and the Christian faith.

Study these tenets of faith, search the scriptures on them and May the Lord God grant you grace to accept and abide in these eternal biblical truths.
